Conditions of Products Sold
One of the reasons many gamers chose to buy from us is that we stand by the items we sell. If you should find any problems with any games purchased from us (eg. missing game parts), just get in touch with us and we'll set things right for you.

All our games sold from the web store are brand new and in shrinkwrap. We do not sell used or ding-n-dent games from this web store. However if you are looking for used or ding-n-dent games, you may check out our Marketplace forum.

Returns Policy
We will accept a return for any game within one week of your receipt of the order. However the game must be in its original condition, unopened and still in shrinkwrap with all parts in the same condition as when the game was received. We will not refund any shipping costs (unless the return is a result of our error) and customers pay for sending the return games to our shop.

When we receive a return, we shall issue you with a refund of the purchase price less 20% restocking fee. The refund shall be issued by cheque under the name of the original buyer.

When sending an item back, please include:

• the invoice (or a legible copy);
• the reason for your return;

Please pack the game carefully using cushioning packing material in a sturdy carton so that the contents will be protected from damage. We also advise you to use a good despatch company and insure the games for delivery. We are sorry but if we do not receive the games or if the games were dented/damaged when shipped to us, we may not be able to process your return.
