There are no more… and no more is coming. The much coveted War of the Ring Collector’s Edition is out-of-print, has never been reprinted and will never be. Still want a copy? FFG has some!

18xx made a long-awaited comeback to the OTK tables with 18SCAN in play. Before that, the gamers warmed-up with Roll thru the Ages and LOTR Confrontation.
A last minute MERDEKA Meetup call managed to get about 15 gamers convering on SS15 again but this time at Old Taste Cafe with the main objective in getting some newcomers into the 18xx game system. Beside 18TN, a rare but very good game The Scepter of Zavandor and the popular Small World were also played.

Second part of our 8/1 meetup report. This time CK writes about the 18EU game that ended at 5.30 am the following morning. Read the report and find out why it is good to hold 30% shares in someone else’s company! (muahahaha)
Part 2 of our Fri-the-13 meetup report where jack208 wrote about a great 18TN session. If you have always wanted to find out how 18xx plays, this is a good report to read!
A solid gaming Friday starting at 8pm and ending at 4.30 am saw us played Coloretto, Blokus, Caylus, Puerto Rico and 1856 where four gamers witnessed the inaugural formation of the CGR (1856) for the 1st time in M’sia!
After an intense one day fight, the hardcore gamers continued late into the night with heavies such as DUNE and 1856. In spite of the late night, all gamers assembled back on-time at Day Two to continue with more gaming rounds to conclude this hugely successful Euro Game Retreat!
Early days when Boardgamecafe.net used to have meetups on Sat at Games Circle. You can read about the first play of 1830 way back in 2005; some interesting play notes in this session. More nostalgic sessreps coming soon as we move our old sessreps from the old blog to this new blog site.
